"Following complaints from immigrants from Ukraine and Russia, the Bank of Israel instructed the banks: not to avoid opening accounts and to limit consideration of... requests to a reasonable time...Avidan was presented with data from a survey conducted by the organization Reboot Startup Nation last January among hundreds of immigrants."
