Bank of Israel issues draft regulations ahead of High Court hearing. We respond with a formal public comment. You can also comment - until July 3, 2025.
The public is able to comment on the draft regulation that directly affects the ability of Olim to transfer funds into Israel, and what is required of the banking corporations.

July 14, 2025: Israel’s High Court of Justice To Hear Petition Seeking Bank of Israel Policy Change
The Economic Integration Association seeks relief by having the Supervisor of Banks issue regulations that would enable new immigrants to receive banking services currently denied to them, due to the blanket, de facto application of international sanctions imposed on foreign banks overseas.
